A unique behavioural change programme tailored to your specific health goals
The Personal Best Programme is a unique 12-week programme to help you improve the way you eat, sleep and move. Better diet, improved sleep, increased physical activity. Included in your membership at no extra cost.
In your first appointment we'll perform a health check, so we can get your baseline measurements, and repeat this at the end of the programme to show you the progress you've made.

What's included in your health checks
During the health checks in your first and final appointment we'll be measuring your:
Body composition - Height, Weight, Body mass index (BMI), Waist circumference
Cardiovascular health - Resting heart rate, Blood pressure
Blood tests* - Cholesterol profile includes; total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol, total cholesterol/HDL cholesterol ratio (TC:HDL ratio) and triglycerides. HbA1c level (Diabetes risk)
* This will involve a finger prick blood test.
